1. Overview

At Gadgetly UAE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review this policy carefully and contact us within the specified timeframe so we can assist you promptly.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Return requests submitted beyond 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

3. Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number must be provided
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item must be shared at the time of the request

Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components may be rejected after inspection.

4. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened, activated, or used software and digital licenses
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Gadgetly UAE is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please do not ship any item before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation from our support team. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

If approved, you will receive an RMA number along with return instructions
Ship the item to our return address using a trackable courier service
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days
