How Long Will My Order Take?
Every order goes through two stages before it reaches you:
Stage 1 – Order Handling
1 to 3 Business Days
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, our team picks, checks, and carefully packs your item. IT products such as laptops and computer components are inspected before dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition.
Stage 2 – Delivery in Transit
3 to 5 Business Days
Once dispatched, your order is handed to our delivery partner and is on its way to you. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Total Expected Delivery Time
4 to 8 Business Days from order confirmation

Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Exact shipping fees for orders below AED 399 will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive:
- A tracking number via email
- A WhatsApp notification with your delivery update
You can use your tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time through our courier partner’s website.
Same Day & Express Delivery
At this time we do not offer same-day or express delivery. We are working on making this available for select Dubai areas in the future. Stay tuned.
Important Shipping Notes
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business hours (9am – 6pm UAE time)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by high demand periods, UAE public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details
- For large or high-value orders such as servers or rack systems, delivery timelines may vary and our team will contact you directly to confirm arrangements
- A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please:
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Take photos or a video of the package and the item immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos
- Our team will review and resolve your case promptly
